If you don’t see your insurance provider listed, please call our office at 540-667-1010 to verify acceptance.
We will gladly file claims directly with your insurance provider if your current insurance information is provided at your appointment.
Please be aware of your insurance benefits, as you’ll be responsible for any copayments, deductibles, or uncovered charges at the time of service.
We submit insurance claims electronically, and you are responsible for any balance remaining after 30 days. Balances unpaid after 60 days will incur a monthly finance charge of 1.5%.
Occasionally, payments from insurance are sent directly to patients; in these cases, we may require full payment at the time of service. Any overpayments will be promptly refunded.
