In response to COVID-19, Best Smile Dental has implemented new protocols to help keep you safe during your visit to our office. These efforts include installing a state of the art filtration system, thoroughly sanitizing between each patient, social distancing and minimizing contact. We will also check your pulse ox (oxygen) levels and your temperature upon arrival. Patients are required to fill out the form below, to ensure your safety and that of others in the office.
